she is a former head legal department at Jordan Securities Commission.
lina key qualifications are in general commercial practice specialising mainly in corporate contracts and issues such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reports, international trade matters, Securities and Capital Market, foreign investment, franchise and distributorship agreements, privatisation of local public institutions. She has also undertaken extensive legal research for the purpose of assisting in the drafting of new laws .
